Our annual Millport trip is always a highlight in the Professional Beauty Systems calendar and a brilliant opportunity to bring colleagues from different sites and departments together. It gives everyone the chance to step away from the day-to-day, spend time together outside of work and strengthen the connections across our team.
This year's event combined our annual charity walk with a BBQ and a full day of fundraising, food, games, music and plenty of time to catch up with colleagues, friends and family.
The day began with our charity walk in support of GLUT1 Deficiency UK, one of the charities supported through our Little Beauties initiative. Little Beauties was founded by Professional Beauty Systems to support children's charities, young people and families in need, with our team choosing charities that are close to their hearts. It was fantastic to come together and raise money for such an important cause.
Following the walk, everyone came together for our annual BBQ, with plenty of good food and drink, games for the kids and live music creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day. It was a great chance for colleagues and their families to relax, enjoy themselves and celebrate the work that had gone into the fundraising.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the walk, helped organise the event, donated or came along to support the day. It was a fantastic example of what we can achieve when our team comes together for a great cause.
